Final Sale Policy

All transactions are considered final. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accommodate returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

Quality Verification

To ensure complete satisfaction, we encourage customers to begin with a minimum of 100 grams per fragrance. This allows adequate testing and evaluation of our fragrances before committing to larger volumes.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed and payment has been processed, it immediately enters our production and fulfillment cycle.
At this stage, cancellations are not possible.

Please note that delays in shipment or delivery cannot be accepted as a reason for cancellation, as transit timelines are dependent on third-party carriers.

Packaging & Shipping

Every order is packaged with care and attention to detail to minimize the risk of damage.
However, once a shipment has been handed over to the courier, DesignFragrances.com cannot be held responsible for delays, damages, or losses incurred in transit.
